Failed Delivery Attempts
After you purchase your order you will receive a receipt via email. We recommend shipping your wine to an address where you, or a representative who is at least 21 years or older, can sign for you. Many customers choose to ship to their workplace to ensure delivery. Please keep an eye out in your email inbox for delivery notifications and make a plan to receive and sign for your wine. We will attempt to deliver your shipment to you a total of three times. After the first failed delivery attempt you will receive an email notification letting you know that you have missed a shipment. If you miss all three delivery attempts your order will be shipped back to us. In the case of returns due to failed delivery, we will refund your credit card minus the cost of return shipping of up to 50% retail cost of your order depending on your location.

Damaged or spoiled wine
It’s rare but wine can get damaged during the shipment process. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com or calling 1(844)480-9576.
Extreme weather conditions such as high heat or freezing temperatures can alter the quality of wine. In the instance of extreme weather conditions, Deen Brothers Wine reserves the right to hold shipments until safer weather conditions to allow for a quality delivery.
Canceling Your Order
